The End of the School Year

The school year is winding up and I feel like I am at one of the kids schools everyday. It is fun to see the projects they have been working on. Hannah had her preschool graduation. She got to dress up as the bus driver for "wheels on the bus". She loved it. She had a hard time sitting still through the hour long program. She is just full of so much energy. Ben and Whintey had their Author's tea where they read the books they wrote and published. Ben wrote two. One was idioms and the other he titles Poekes. A combination of poems and jokes. It is actually hillarious and reminds me of Dr.Seuss. Whitney's was an alphabet book where everything on the page started with the same letter, but told a story. They are both so creative. They got there creativity from Tony and the desire to be creative from me. Let's hope the greater contribution came from Tony. It would seem so.




Along with all the activities this week Tony got shingles again. He gets it about twice a year and usually on his forehead. The scary thing this time is is came on his lower eyelid. If it gets into his eye he could have permmanent loss of sight in that eye. He received a blessing and it appears to be getting better.
