I am finally having some fun with this camera instead of being totally frustrated. I was talking to Lorin on the phone and he was helping me adjust some things and I was so happy with the results, I still have so much to learn, that it why I love posting them, it is fun for me to see my progress. Sorry you all have to suffer in the mean time. Sorry about the ugly self portrait. I can't get the kids to stay still long enough to practice on.

I was going to ask the same question.....what kind of camera do u have??
It is a canon rebel xti. Up until lately I have just been using the automated settings. It is fun to play with the manual settings, I probably take at least 100 pictures a day right now, and delete probably 85. It's definately not a talent, but a hobby.
I totally think it's a talent! You have to have an "eye" for the right pictures and you've got it, girl!
