San Diego

Last Monday Tony had to go to St. George for business, and about three hours before we left we figured that was half way to Disneyland and San Diego. Jason is living in San Diego for the summer, so we decided to go and see him. We spent two days in St. George and woke up at two in the morning and drove to Disneyland. We spent all day there and then drove an hour and fifteen minutes to Jason's. It was a lot of fun. I feel bad we kicked Jason out of his room, he is so nice. We spent most of the time there at the beach. The kids boogie boarded and built sand castles and dug for sand crabs. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating. We went to Harbor Village and had an awesome dinner at the seafood market there, (thanks Lorin!) Jason came to the beach with us on Saturday and then took us to dinner at this really cool restaurant on the beach. Afterwards we sat and watched the sun set and the surfers. Tony has talked about applying for jobs in California lately to get more commercial experience and I was kinda freaked out, but now I think I could live there. Running on the beach, close to Disneyland, raising the kids by the ocean. Sounds great. We'll have to see.

What a great trip! It looks like you guys had such a great time. I am amazed at how much your kids have grown in just the past year. Sarah was just a little baby. And Hannah - oh my gosh - she looks just like you Lori! My Hannah calls her the other Hannah. "She's my best friend" she says a lot. We need to get together again.
