Date Night

So, as many of you know things haven't been easy for Tony and I lately. We have been trying to figure out how to make our relationship work in a new way. The one cool thing about this is that we get to "date". Not in the way we used to. We are a little uncertain about each other and really trying to make sure we are completely honest and open with each other. It reminds me a lot of when we dated before we got married. One of my favorite dates recently was when Tony packed a picnic in the park

And we sat and talked and I took pictures. Then we went to the State Fair and got there in time to see the bull riders (Tony had never been to a rodeo) and ate funnel cake and just walked around holding hands.

Really one of the most memorable date nights ever. It was after a few weeks (probably even months) of butting heads and not quite getting each other. That night we finally clicked and remembered that we really like being together.

It was a good night and I don't ever want to forget how awesome it felt to have that hope and peace that we were going to be all right.

That's good you take the time to go on a "date". I almost forget what it is like to go on a date, Cecil and I rarely get a chance to go out by ourselves, especially now that we have a baby. I hope that you enjoy your time together, you guys are an adorable couple!!

I love your honesty, and can HONESTLY relate. Loved the pictures. It is good that you are both wanting to work on things, I am sure things will be on the up and up soon!:)
