The Setting Sun

Yesterday I had the itch to take a few pictures of the kids. I had the perfect spot but unfortunately made the decision to go a little too late. They happened to be paving the road on the way there and traffic was backed up. We were racing against the sun going down and I wanted to catch that yummy light at sunset. When we got there I probably had about 2 min of good light and it was gone. I was really bummed. I really only got a few pictures I liked. I love this one of the kids reading with Tony because this happens all the time. The book he is reading came from his mom's house and it is fairy tales. They got so caught up in him reading that it made it hard to get them to move quickly so I could try and snag a few more pictures.

I love this one of the girls with Tony. They are always fighting over who gets to hold his hand. Tony is looking back because Sarah is crying that she isn't holding his hand. They adore him, and I think he looks pretty Hot!

I love this one of Whitney, but the light was pretty much gone so it is a little blurry, still love it though.

Taking pictures of my family and looking at them really helps me put in perspective how important they are to me and helps me live in the moment. I can freeze and image of a moment in a photo, but I can never relive it again.
