Whitney's Birthday

Finally getting to Whitney's birthday.  It was December 26, the day after Christmas.  Luckily she decided to celebrate it early because she wanted a Nightmare before Christmas birthday party.  She had 25 girls over and they stuffed and made their own Zero's and Jack faces.  They turned out very cute and hopefully I will post some pictures later.  Whitney is an amazing girl.  She is our entertainer. After nearly every dance performance someone makes a comment to me about how they can't take their eyes off her. She loves getting her picture taken. Every time a camera is anywhere in the vicinity she is posing.  Whether very silly poses or "fierce" model posing it is fun to watch.  Lots of times when I am shooting someone else and having a hard time getting them to relax she will sneak into the room and start saying "come on work with me, you gotta want it!"  She is full of drama (in a good way mostly)  and when Chad was living with us he was always saying she belonged on a Disney Chanel show.  I have to admit the first year of Hannah Montana I felt like we were living with our own Miley Cyrus.  She is a very loyal friend and loves them deeply.  She loves to stay home and hang out but most of the time she really just wants to shop. Seriously I have never seen someone so excited to buy anything! If she has something in mind that she wants you won't stop hearing about it until you take her to get it. She has usually worked out a plan to pay for it and for us to get there.  She reminds me so much of my mom.  She can be silly and happy, but she is also deeply emotional.  She is open with her feelings and is usually the person who misses me most when I go on a trip.  She is always leaving us notes and letters and is usually quick to apologize.  She has more confidence than I could ever hope to have and I hope she always stays that way.  Our house wouldn't be the same without her.

I echo Laura... watch out boys... here comes Whitney!!

Jason and I always laugh on the drive home from your house from comments that Whitney has made. That girl is hilarious. She should really have her own comedy show.

We love Whitney!!!

PS Tell Whitney that we are still working on "Whitney" for Ezra's first word. :)
